The project "Durchblick 3D" was a collaboration with a group of students in Köln Deutz. They are working on a machine that can mill lenses for eyeglasses and 3D-print material on its sides. In small groups we developed new concepts of glasses that can be produced with this machine. I was focussing on "Zwicker", experimented with the flexibility of 3D printed frames and 3D scanning of faces. In the end I came up with a concept of an app that can be used to create your own individualized reading glasses. The „sans“ holds on your head without temples and perfectly sit on your nose due to the 3D scanning of your face.
